Pastor CeCe McCoo embraces the challenges and opportunity to serve the community and the congregation of True Fellowship Church, Madison, IL. With a passion for God’s people, a strong sensitivity to the Spirit of God, and the ability to flow in the spirit of excellence, she has blessed many churches, ministries, and prisons around the country and abroad. Accepting her call to the mission field, Pastor CeCe has served in Uganda, Kenya, Nairobi, Puerto Rico, Amsterdam, Brazil, and Japan. In addition to serving in the local church, Pastor CeCe has served with Bishop T.D. Jakes’ Prison Ministry and as Missouri State Director of Evangelism, Missouri State Administrator, and as a member of the International Evangelism Team for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International under the vision of Bishop Paul S. Morton Sr.

Pastor McCoo studied Mass Communications at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Edwardsville, IL where she became a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. he has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Bible and Christian Ministry from St. Louis Christian College and a Master's of Art in Biblical Counseling from Missouri Baptist University.  Pastor CeCe is also a very proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and currently serves as the President of the Women Marines Association, St. Louis Area Chapter.

Pastor CeCe is the Founder/CEO of Ask Seek Knock Ministries (ASK), Inc. a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization that serves as the parent ministry of PreacherWoman, B.R.A.N.C.H.E.S, First Gentlemen's Club, and R.O.S.E. Mentoring. Professionally, her love for and gift of administration has afforded her opportunities to strengthen the administrative and fiscal management of several nonprofit organizations in the St. Louis region. For more than a decade, Pastor CeCe served as a police chaplain for several police departments around the St. Louis area, which further endorses her commitment to enhance and support positive community engagement.

Pastor McCoo is the wife of Elder Lawrence D. McCoo. Marine! Minister! Mouthpiece! Undeniably, being a mother to her only child, Jaison, is her greatest pleasure. She counts traveling with her husband, Jaison and his beautiful wife, Danielle as her most valued time. Their family motto is, “Our family lives by faith and in the favor of God.” She enjoys reading, movies, international travels, the hugs and smiles of children, and word games.

Jaison K.D. McCall, Ed.D. is a researcher, educator, author, academic, and non-profit professional.  His dissertation, “The Lived Experience of African American Pastors: A Phenomenological Study,” aims to ascertain how African American pastors, serving in predominately African American churches, perceive how the intersection of race and faith has impacted their lived experience.  This research explores the past and present lived experiences of Black pastors, their functions beyond the pulpit, and the social justice lens surrounding today’s climate that keeps them at the forefront of race-related conversations.  Additionally, his published works include the article “The Double Consciousness of Blackness and Christianity: Towards a Biblical Intersectionality.”

 

With a true desire for service in academia, Jaison serves as an Adjunct Professor for Maryville University (St. Louis, MO) in addition to serving as an Adjunct Professor, Online Teaching Assistant, and Garrett Fellow at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  McCall is also the recipient of Southern Seminary’s 2020 Garland Offutt Award for distinction in church leadership.

 

A true lifelong-learner, Jaison earned his Doctor of Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Additionally, he holds dual Masters’ degrees in Christian Ministry with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling (Missouri Baptist University) and Business Administration (Fontbonne University).  He received a dual Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Integrated Marketing Communication from Southeast Missouri State University. Jaison graduated with his Ph.D. and Th.M. in Educational Leadership in May 2022.

 

Aside from his academic endeavors and with over ten years of service in nonprofit, Jaison has served in many capacities from direct client services to Executive Director.  He purposes to serve as a catalyst for true impact and transformation in all efforts.

 

A St. Louis native, Jaison enjoys music of all genres and spending time with his family.  He and his wife, Dr. Danielle J. McCall, welcomed their first child, Desmond Jaice, in August 2020 and are anxiously awaiting their second child in fall 2022.
